What we collect
When you write to us, we collect your name, contact details, and anything you choose to share. With your explicit consent, we also collect the information you share during intake conversations — your values, lifestyle and what you're looking for in a partner.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide the service you've asked for — introductions, evenings, or coaching. We never sell your data or use it for marketing outside Soul Date.
Who sees it
Only the founder and the small team directly working with you. We never share your contact details with another member without your explicit mutual consent.
Photographs
Photographs taken during evenings are optional. Editorial portraits made as part of a programme are released only with your written approval.
Storage and retention
Your data is stored on secure European servers. You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to hello@souldatematch.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
